As a Counsellor & Family Therapist, I have the privilege of walking alongside you as you navigate a difficult season in your life. I am committed to using evidence-based therapeutic approaches that address the whole person – body, mind and spirit – restoring relationships and improving wellbeing. My approach is respectful of your worldview, providing foundational healing, not superficial fixes. I work with you to help build your capacity to respond to life’s challenges in healthy ways that help you flourish as the loved and valuable person you are.

 

I use a range of psychotherapies to best meet your individual needs and circumstances. My holistic approach looks at the past and the present, as it can be helpful to take a step back in order to move forward. It may include exploring and resolving past hurts, understanding family of origin and its impacts, addressing feelings and thought patterns, learning mindfulness-based techniques, and improving communication skills, all having in view personal restoration to wholeness. It is designed to help you focus on achieving optimum health and encouraging you to seek and find an enriching and fulfilling life. I will support you to achieve your goal, by providing restorative counselling for life.
