Counselling Services

As a Counsellor & Family Therapist, I provide individual, couples and family counselling services. Subject to meeting the health and safety requirements of the COVID-19 pandemic, sessions can be conducted either face to face, or face to screen. For online sessions I use a secure digital Telehealth platform. Access information will be provided prior to the first appointment.

Rates

Individual counselling:
- standard 60-minute appointment $140/session
Couple/family counselling: initial 90-minute appointment $210
- standard 75-minute appointment $175/session

If you have private health insurance, depending on your level of cover, rebates may be available through the following private health funds. Please check directly with your health fund.

Health funds included in the Australian Regional Health Group may offer a rebate on counselling fees. Among the funds included are HCF, Police Health, Teachers Health, Navy Health, Defence Health, HBF, Nurses & Midwives Health and Uni Health.

Self-managed NDIS clients may be able to seek reimbursement for counselling services.
